Andrew Bayouk

Senior Vice President, National Sales

Andrew Bayouk is responsible for the development of Fiera Capital’s business with financial advisors throughout Canada. Mr. Bayouk has over 20 years of diversified experience in the investment management industry.

Mr. Bayouk graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).

Vincent Bruzzese

Assistant Vice President, Dealer and Client Service, Retail Markets

Vince Bruzzese has over 24 years of experience in the investment management industry and has been with the firm since 2008. Vince is responsible for client service and provides sales support. Prior experience includes positions as manager of operations and manager of client services.

Vince graduated from McGill University (BA), majoring in economics, and also obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.

Keith Crone

Vice President, Retail Markets and Inside Sales

Keith Crone is Vice President, Retail Markets and brings over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Fiera Capital, Mr. Crone was a partner at Propel Capital Corporation, which was acquired by Fiera Capital in 2014. Prior to 2008, Mr. Crone served as Senior Vice President, Sales at JovFunds Inc., the specialty investment arm of Jovian Capital Corporation, which was subsequently purchased by Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. Mr. Crone also served in various sales and marketing capacities at Dynamic Funds, a subsidiary of DundeeWealth Inc., which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scotiabank.

Marc Drabinsky

Sales Manager, Retail Markets

Marc Drabinsky transitioned to Fiera Capital Corporation in September 2014 as a sales and distribution associate from Propel Capital. Marc brings 11 years of business development experience within the realm of financial products and alternative asset management. From 2007 to 2010, Marc was employed at Jovian Capital Corporation where he was responsible for the distribution of various structured note and emerging manager hedge fund offerings.

Marc holds an MBA in Quantitative Finance from the University of Toronto (Rotman School of Management) as well as an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. Marc also holds a futures brokerage license issued by the Canadian Securities Institute and an Exempt Market Dealer license issued by the IFSE Institute.

Stephen Kangas, CFA, CAIA, CPA, CA

Senior Vice President, Marketing and Product Development, Retail Markets

In a career in the Canadian investment industry that has spanned over 22 years, Stephen joined Fiera Capital in July 2015. Stephen Kangas is a member of the firm’s product development committee.

Most recently, Mr. Kangas advised Manulife Investments in developing, marketing and launching three closed-end funds which aggregated to $500 million. Prior to that, Stephen worked for Manulife Asset Management as Vice President, Product Development and in the Canadian hedge fund industry with BluMont Capital as President and CEO.   Before BluMont, Stephen was a highly-regarded investment fund analyst at Midland Walwyn (now CIBC Wood Gundy), BMO Nesbitt Burns, and TD Canada Trust. He was also co-author of the National Post’s best-selling books, Smart Funds:  A Fund Family Approach to Mutual Funds.

Mr. Kangas is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (Economics) and the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (MBA). He later obtained the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and the Chartered Financial Analyst designations.

Raj Lala

Executive Vice President, Retail Markets

Raj Lala leads the Retail Markets team and his responsibilities include business and product development. He is also a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Mr Lala has been in the investment industry for over 17 years.

Prior to joining Fiera Capital, Mr. Lala founded Propel Capital Corp – a firm specializing in the creation and distribution of TSX-listed closed end funds. Propel raised over $900 million in closed end funds and became a top 10 issuer of closed end funds in Canada. Prior to that, Mr. Lala worked with Jovian Capital where he oversaw Jovian’s asset management business and helped grow the division to $2.5 billion in AUM. Mr. Lala was responsible for all product development, sales and distribution. Jovian Capital was a TSX-listed diversified financial services firm with over $14 billion in assets under management, which was subsequently purchased by Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc.

From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Lala founded an Ontario-based hedge fund of funds company, which he subsequently sold to Jovian Capital.

Maxime Leduc

Inside Sales Representative

Maxime Leduc joined the Fiera Capital Corporation in March 2015 as an inside sales representative. He previously worked for a Canadian investment firm specialized in mutual fund management. He has more than 4 years of experience in business development and in the investment field in both Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces.


Maxime Leduc holds a finance diploma from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business. He is also a CFA Level–2 candidate and has completed the CSC®.

Michelle Moore

Sales Manager, Retail Markets

Michelle Moore is a member of the Investor Solutions team and is responsible for regional sales management in collaboration with the Senior Vice President.

Ms. Moore has over 23 years of industry experience and joined the firm in 2010. Prior experiences include several sales management positions, including Arrow Hedge Partners Inc. and ONE Financial Corporation.

Ms. Moore graduated from Seneca College/Ryerson in Broadcast Journalism and has since obtained a Certified Hedge Fund Specialist designation and completed a Business Administration/Successful Selling course.

Christian Rancourt, CFA, MBA, FCSI

Vice-President Sales, Retail Markets

Christian Rancourt has over 21 years of experience in the industry. Before teaming up with Fiera Capital, he worked for Man Investments Canada Corporation, which he joined in 2009 as Executive Vice President for Quebec. In this role, he supervised and implemented business development initiatives in the province and participated in strategic planning across Canada. He also managed client relationships for key accounts.

Beginning in 2002, Christian was a Senior Business Consultant at CIBC. In this position, he was responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships between CIBC Asset Management and CIBC Wood Gundy. 

Christian brings a solid foundation of commitment to service, knowledge and expertise to the table. He specializes in advising high net worth individuals, recommending specific investment solutions such as tax sheltering, hedge funds and managed account strategies. 

He is a graduate of Laval University, where he received a degree in Finance and Accounting, as well as a Certificate in Law. Additionally, Christian is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Graduate Business School. Christian is also a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI).   

Malini Mumick, B.A., CSE, CME

Vice President, Sales

Malini Mumick is Vice President, Sales, Retail Markets at Fiera Capital Corporation. She is responsible for covering advisors across Western Canada.

Malini has 14 years of sales and marketing experience within the financial services industry. She worked for four years at Manulife Financial, and then for over 8 years at AGF Investments, most recently as Regional Vice President, Sales. She has a wealth of experience working with advisors and firms across the IIROC and MFDA channels, including support of both retail and institutional relationships.

Using a consultative approach, Malini is dedicated to helping her clients build competitive businesses, enhance their efficiency, and grow their assets and client bases. As a facilitator, she works closely with advisors to improve their clients' financial literacy and long-term investment behaviour.

Committed to her ongoing professional development, Malini has received extensive training from The Fusion Group, Sequoia, QBS Research, Franklin Covey, Miller Heiman, Communicare, and Dan Richards.

Malini is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, where she also completed a post-graduate executive management diploma program from the Sauder School of Business. As a member of Sales and Marketing Executives International, she has earned two professional designations as a Certified Sales Executive and a Certified Marketing Executive.

Jermie Anderson

Sales Manager, Retail Markets

Jermie Anderson is a Sales Manager at Fiera Capital Corporation serving the Ontario region. Jermie joins Fiera Capital Corporation with over 15 years of experience in the investment industry. With prior business development roles with Horizons ETFs, Claymore Investments Inc. /Blackrock iShares, and Purpose Investments Inc.

Jermie has been supporting the education, promotion and growth of a variety of investment products throughout the investment advisory community.
