Julie Lalonde leads both the Retail Markets and Strategic Investment Partnerships teams and her responsibilities include business development and client servicing for retail clients as well as Fiera Capital’s largest strategic partners. She is also a member of Fiera Capital’s Management Committee.
Ms. Lalonde has a near 20-year track record in the investment industry and has been with the firm since 2008. Prior to leading the Strategic Investment Partnerships and Retail teams, she held senior positions within Fiera Capital's Institutional Markets team, where she was responsible for marketing and client servicing for institutional clients, as well as the marketing and development of the firm's alternative strategies. Her experience also includes roles as Director of Investments at two major multinational pension funds.
Ms. Lalonde holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), majoring in finance, and has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. She later received the ASC designation granted by the Collège des Administrateurs de Sociétés of Laval University.
Michelle Moore is a member of the Investor Solutions team and is responsible for regional sales management in collaboration with the Senior Vice President.
Ms. Moore has over 23 years of industry experience and joined the firm in 2010. Prior experiences include several sales management positions, including Arrow Hedge Partners Inc. and ONE Financial Corporation.
Ms. Moore graduated from Seneca College/Ryerson in Broadcast Journalism and has since obtained a Certified Hedge Fund Specialist designation and completed a Business Administration/Successful Selling course.
Richard Minuk is Vice President, Sales, Retail Markets at Fiera Capital, specializing in global equity and alternative assets for Canadian investors. Working out of the Toronto office, Richard partners with high performing investment advisors in the GTA and Ontario and brings an innovative and client-centric approach to business building.
Before joining Fiera, Richard worked at Manulife Investments growing their high net worth asset base and at Excel Funds focusing on emerging market investing.
Richard is a CFA Charterholder and has a Bachelor of Business Management from Dalhousie University.
Jay Kim is Sales Manager of Retail Markets at Fiera Capital supporting the GTA, broader Eastern and Northern Ontario region. Jay brings to our team over 20 years of investment industry experience in a wide range of products including banking, mutual fund, segregated fund, and accredited investor solutions.
Prior to joining Fiera Capital, Jay held sales management positions at Fidelity Investments, TD Mutual Funds, and Manulife Investments supporting IIROC, MFDA and MGA channels. Jay advances your business by using a consultative approach to provide custom investment solutions to each client.
Jay Kim is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. Jay has added to his training, multiple courses on consultative business building and portfolio theory.
Christian Rancourt has over 21 years of experience in the industry. Before teaming up with Fiera Capital, he worked for Man Investments Canada Corporation, which he joined in 2009 as Executive Vice President for Quebec. In this role, he supervised and implemented business development initiatives in the province and participated in strategic planning across Canada. He also managed client relationships for key accounts.
Beginning in 2002, Christian was a Senior Business Consultant at CIBC. In this position, he was responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships between CIBC Asset Management and CIBC Wood Gundy.
Christian brings a solid foundation of commitment to service, knowledge, and expertise to the table. He specializes in advising high net worth individuals, recommending specific investment solutions such as tax sheltering, hedge funds and managed account strategies.
He is a graduate of Laval University, where he received a degree in Finance and Accounting, as well as a Certificate in Law. Additionally, Christian is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Graduate Business School. Christian is also a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI).
Malini Mumick is Vice President, Sales, Retail Markets at Fiera Capital Corporation. She is responsible for covering advisors across Western Canada.
Malini has 14 years of sales and marketing experience within the financial services industry. She worked for four years at Manulife Financial, and then for over 8 years at AGF Investments, most recently as Regional Vice President, Sales. She has a wealth of experience working with advisors and firms across the IIROC and MFDA channels, including support for both retail and institutional relationships.
Using a consultative approach, Malini is dedicated to helping her clients build competitive businesses, enhance their efficiency, and grow their assets and client bases. As a facilitator, she works closely with advisors to improve their clients' financial literacy and long-term investment behaviour.
Committed to her ongoing professional development, Malini has received extensive training from The Fusion Group, Sequoia, QBS Research, Franklin Covey, Miller Heiman, Communicare, and Dan Richards.
Malini is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, where she also completed a post-graduate executive management diploma program from the Sauder School of Business. As a member of Sales and Marketing Executives International, she has earned two professional designations as a Certified Sales Executive and a Certified Marketing Executive.
Andy Kay is an Inside Sales Representative at Fiera Capital Corporation working with advisors across Western Canada. He joined the firm in January 2017 and brings over 7 years of business development and client servicing experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he worked for a Canadian financial institution along with a leading financial services software company.
Andy Kay holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Northern British Columbia, with a major in finance and a minor in economics. He has also completed the CSC and is a CFA Level 2 candidate.
Vince Bruzzese has over 24 years of experience in the investment management industry and has been with the firm since 2008. Vince is responsible for client service and provides sales support. Prior experience includes positions as manager of operations and manager of client services.
Vince graduated from McGill University (BA), majoring in economics, and also obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
