Ms. Des Roches was given the 2015 Gold Award for the Best Canadian Legal Department category.

Ms. Des Roches has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Civil Law from the Faculty of Law at McGill University and was admitted to the Québec Bar in 1986.

The International General Counsel Awards is a yearly event that rewards the Best Legal, Intellectual Property and Tax Departments from around the globe.
