MONTREAL, July 14, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ) ("Fiera Capital") announces that it inadvertently omitted to file an alternative monthly report following its acquisition, on behalf of funds and accounts it manages, of an additional 1,122,343 common shares of Savaria Corporation (TSX - SIS) (the "Issuer"). Of the 1,122,343 common shares, 1,030,000 common shares were acquired by a way of a "bought deal" private placement at a price of $5.00 per share. The remaining 92,343 common shares were acquired by Fiera Capital on the Toronto Stock Exchange at an average price of $5.40 per share. As a result of these transactions, Fiera Capital's securityholding percentage in the Issuer increased by 2.38%.
Fiera Capital reports that it now holds, on behalf of funds and accounts it manages, 3,734,765 common shares and 823,099 warrants to acquire the same number of common shares in the share capital of the Issuer.
The 3,734,765 common shares held by Fiera Capital, on behalf of funds and accounts it manages, represent approximately 11.47% of the outstanding common shares of the Issuer.
In addition, assuming the exercise of the above-mentioned warrants, Fiera Capital's total securityholding in the share capital of the Issuer, on behalf of funds and accounts it manages, would be 4,557,864 common shares, representing approximately 13.66% of the outstanding common shares of the Issuer.
