Fiera Capital Corporation Confirms Upcoming Scheduled Termination Date of the June 2020 Corporate Bond Trust

MONTREAL, May 20, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ), the investment fund manager and portfolio manager of the June 2020 Corporate Bond Trust (the "Fund"), confirmed today that the Fund will terminate and wind up on its scheduled termination date of June 30, 2020 (the "Termination Date"). Accordingly, the net assets of the Fund (after all liabilities of the Fund have been satisfied or appropriately provided for) will be distributed pro rata to the unitholders of all of the Fund's outstanding Class T Units (the "Units") shortly following the Termination Date. Following such distribution, the Fund will be dissolved.

The last day on which the Units will trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") will be June 26, 2020.

The Units currently are listed for trading on the TSX under the symbol CBT.UN.
