Mélissa La Haye CFA

Mélissa La Haye is Vice President, CIO Office, Public Markets Strategy & Solutions. Mélissa is responsible for strategic initiatives related to our Public Markets investment platform, and works closely with the CIO, Public Markets, the investment managers and the global distribution team to ensure the ongoing monitoring, success and growth of the platform. She also works closely with all segments of Fiera to offer the best solutioning capabilities to our global institutional and private wealth clientele.

Mélissa has more than 15 years of industry experience and joined Fiera Capital in 2021. In her previous role at Fiera Capital, she was a senior institutional account manager responsible for client servicing and business development for institutional clients.

Prior to joining Fiera Capital, she was responsible for the selection and monitoring of external investment managers for the pension plans of a large Canadian manufacturing company, in addition to participating in the optimization of the investment structure and tactical asset allocation decisions. Mélissa also held a position as an investment consultant with a major consulting firm, conducting investment manager searches and helping clients implementing investment policies and personalized investment solutions. 

Mélissa graduated from HEC Montreal with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) as well as a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance. Mélissa also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
