Bruno Guilmette

Bruno Guilmette was named Global Head of Infrastructure at Fiera Capital in September 2025. Prior to joining Fiera, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Boralex, a renewable power producer operating in Canada, France, UK and the U.S.

He brings extensive expertise in capital markets and financial management, with a strong track record in structuring, financing and acquiring infrastructure projects globally. Earlier in his career, he served as Interim Chief Investment Officer at the Canada Infrastructure Bank, where he helped establish its initial investment framework and policies. Before that, he spent a decade at PSP Investments as Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Investments, building and managing successful teams and strategies, leading the group from the ground up and overseeing the creation of a nearly $9-billion fund. He also previously held senior roles in private equity and infrastructure investments at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where he participated in the development and implementation of the institution’s first infrastructure business plan.

Mr. Guilmette currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Canada Infrastructure Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from HEC Montréal, an MBA from McGill University and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
