Marcus Barrett
Senior Vice President, Global Head of Operations
Marcus Barrett leads all Operations groups for Fiera Capital’s Public Markets business worldwide, including Investment Operations, Fund Operations, Data Management and Performance Measurement. Marcus is also responsible for overseeing Fiera’s Vendor Management Governance function. Marcus is the Chair of Fiera’s Public Markets Valuation Committee and sits on various other committees, including Fiera’s Investment Fund Manager Sub-Committee, Transactions Management & Oversight Committee, Error Committee and the Private Markets Valuation Committee.
Marcus has more than 25 years of industry experience and has been with the firm since 2016. Prior experiences include leading the investment operations function one of Canada’s largest pension plans and holding several senior positions at one of the world’s largest custodians and administrators.
Marcus graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Economics.
