Led by Joshua Bartlow, Managing Director and Portfolio Manager, the Strategy provides senior real estate-backed loans secured with first ranking mortgages in the Australia and New Zealand markets. The Strategy was launched in August 2018 and has a 5-year successful track record of providing stable cash yields and strong returns for investors since inception.
