Charles Nadim

As Head of Canadian Equities, Charles is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the platform, the continued strength and rigor of our research capabilities, and the development of trusted client relationships.  

With more than 28 years of investment industry experience, Charles takes an approach centred on high-quality businesses, rigorous fundamental research and long-term value creation. Before joining Fiera Capital, he served as Head of Research and Lead Portfolio Manager for Jarislowsky Fraser's flagship Canadian equity strategies. During his 18-year tenure with the firm, he contributed to its strategic direction and helped strengthen its research capabilities.

Earlier in his career, Charles held positions as an analyst and international equity portfolio manager at GE Asset Management, as well as an investment consultant at Watson Wyatt Worldwide.

Recognized for his investment expertise, Charles has contributed market insights to BNN and various business publications. He also taught investment analysis and portfolio management at McGill University. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Governance Committee of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance (CCGG).

Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a Master of Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
