Mélanie Dupuis-Giuliani
Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel
Mélanie Dupuis-Giuliani is Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel of Fiera Capital. She is responsible for supporting and advising the board of directors and overseeing and managing all corporate governance and public disclosures, as well as corporate matters, employment matters and litigation.
Mélanie has over 15 years of legal experience. Before joining Fiera Capital, Mélanie practiced corporate financing and restructuring at one of Canada's top-tier law firms, where she developed considerable experience advising lending syndicates, borrowers and investors in the areas of domestic and cross-border project financing, asset acquisitions, structured finance, debt restructuring and other corporate transactions.
Mélanie holds a Master of Laws in contract drafting from the University of Montpellier, a Juris Doctor in common law and transnational law from the University of Sherbrooke, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sherbrooke and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Montréal. She was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2011.
