Matt Austin joined Fiera Capital in January 2023. With an HR career centered around financial services, Matt has worked across equity trading & market making, investment banking and wealth and asset management sectors. Reporting to Flora Sousa, SVP Human Resources, Matt supports the EMEA and Asia regions from an HR perspective, working closely with the global HR team and the regional leaders to ensure the global HR strategy is tailored to be successful in each region and aligns with the overall business strategy across EMEA and Asia.

 Matt draws on his strong generalist background in organisational design, talent & change management, and leading transformation initiatives. Previously, Matt held various HR business partnering positions at Winterflood Securities and Canaccord Genuity Wealth.
