MONTREAL and NEW YORK CITY, July 8, 2024 – Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ) ("Fiera Capital" or the "Company"), a leading independent asset management firm, today announced the appointment of Miriam Tai as Head of Consultant Relations, U.S., effective July 8, 2024. This role aims to enable Fiera Capital to further expand its presence in the United States and continue building and developing strong relationships with a global network of consultants. Ms. Tai will partner with Mandy Adamou, Managing Director, Head of Consultant Relations, EMEA & Asia, and Claude Lockhead, Head of Consultant Relations, Canada, and they will leverage their combined market knowledge and expertise to optimize our consultant activities and ensure the best outcomes for our clients around the globe. To this end, she will also collaborate extensively with internal executive stakeholders and the United States Institutional Distribution team. Ms. Tai will be based in New York City and will report to Eric Roberts, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Fiera USA.

In her most recent role, Ms. Tai acted as Director of Global Consultant Relations at Putnam Investments.
