France Boudreau is Senior Vice President, Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Fiera Capital. In this role, she ensures that budgeting, financial forecasting, financial analysis and performance indicators guide strategic business decisions, optimize performance and support the company’s growth.
France is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of experience across a variety of markets in North America and Europe. She has served as CFO and COO in various sectors, including banking, insurance, advisory services, manufacturing and technology.
She is an accredited director (ICD.D) from the Institute of Corporate Directors and has completed the Director Education Program at the McGill & Rotman Executive Institute. France is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from ESG UQAM.
