Pierre Pelletier
Senior Managing Director, Head of Development and Debt
Pierre Pelletier is Senior Managing Director and Head of Development and Debt at Fiera Real Estate. In this role, he is responsible for investment decisions, asset allocation, investor relations and capital raising for the firm’s development and real estate financing strategies.
In 2014, Pierre joined the firm and founded its Real Estate Value-Add & Development – Canada strategy, building a dedicated investment platform that focused on creating lasting value for over a decade. Since then, he has worked closely with his teams to manage large-scale real estate development and financing activities across key sectors, including multi-residential and industrial. These strategies support the creation of institutional-quality real estate assets and provide investors with access to differentiated opportunities across the Canadian real estate market.
Pierre has several decades of experience in real estate investment, development and financing. Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate, he held senior roles with a major accounting firm, a large Canadian pension plan and a real estate investment firm focused on development. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the management and capital raising of multiple real estate investment funds and has contributed to the growth of significant real estate portfolios across Canada.
Additionally, Pierre serves as Chairman of the Board for Urban Development Institute of Quebec (Institut de développement urbain du Québec), the province's largest commercial real estate representative body. He is also a board member of the Montreal Real Estate Foundation for Kids (Fondation immobilière de Montréal pour les jeunes), supporting governance, strategic initiatives and fundraising efforts to improve opportunities for vulnerable youth in the Greater Montreal community.
