Fiera Capital Integrates EMEA and Asia Leadership as Klaus Schuster Assumes Expanded CEO Mandate
LONDON, June 3, 2026 — Fiera Capital Corporation (“Fiera Capital” or the “Firm”) announced the appointment of Klaus Schuster as Chief Executive Officer, EMEA and Asia, expanding his mandate to oversee the Firm’s operations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia from London.
The appointment aligns Fiera Capital’s EMEA and Asia businesses under a single leadership structure as the Firm sharpens its international operating model and concentrates resources around core institutional markets.
Schuster will lead regional strategy, client coverage and distribution activities across the Firm’s international platform, including London, Frankfurt, Zurich, Abu Dhabi, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore, with oversight spanning institutional relationships, intermediary distribution and strategic growth initiatives across public and private markets.
The updated structure reflects a more integrated approach to client coverage across regions and greater coordination between the Firm’s distribution activities.

Fiera Capital also announced that CJ Morrell has been appointed Head of Asia Distribution in addition to his current leadership responsibilities in Japan. Based in Tokyo, Morrell will oversee the Firm’s Asia distribution activities and report directly to Schuster.
The Firm’s investment teams, investment processes and client servicing structure remain unchanged.
