Amin Mousavian
Senior Vice President, Head of Treasury and Investor Relations
Amin Mousavian is Senior Vice President, Head of Treasury and Investor Relations at Fiera Capital. He is responsible for the capital structure, liquidity management, financial risk management, capital markets activities and banking partnerships, while supporting the execution of Fiera Capital’s enterprise strategy and engagement with investors and analysts.
Amin brings close to 20 years of experience in capital markets, treasury, investor relations and financial leadership. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Fiera Capital, Amin was Vice President, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Interim Chief Risk Officer at TMX Group, where he spent over 16 years in progressively senior leadership roles. During this time, he led initiatives spanning treasury management, capital markets, investor relations and corporate strategy, gaining extensive experience in financial management and supporting business growth.
Amin also served on the board of directors of Shorcan Brokers Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of TMX Group that specializes in Canadian fixed income products. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and an Electrical Engineering degree from University of Waterloo.
